Turmeric from Madagascar, black pepper from Sarawak, ginger from Nepal and cinnamon from Ceylon bring you a world of flavors and well-being. Mix 2 teaspoons of the spice preparation with 300 ml of milk (raw or vegetable: almond, rice, coconut…). Boil and filter. You can sweeten the beverage to your liking with honey or maple syrup. Then a dark war threw this national treasure into oblivion. When the light of peace shines again, vigorous nature, aided by collective memory, resumes producing the quintessence of pepper. Thus, the legendary Kampot pepper shakers survived and made many epicureans happy.
